2018 Spring Courses

Greetings everyone. We’ve prepared this newsletter with snow on the ground but spring in the air. There are a lot of new courses and some we haven’t taught since the 90s!  We are attempting to get it distributed by the new moon on March 17 - there is nothing like a healing new Moon in Pisces. Please register with your payment as soon as possible…   We look forward to advancing the teachings.

If you are feeling the need for a “spring tune-up” give us a call for a healing session or channelling.

Private Group Channeling Sessions.  It is $150 for a group of 4 - $40 per person for additional participants [up to a maximum of 8].  Most of these sessions will be held on a weeknight evening at 7 PM, but there are occasional weekend dates.  Please contact us for details.

***NEW*** Tarot, Oracle & Divination Journaling – Sunday, April 8, 1 PM to 4:30 PM $40.  In recent years we’ve focused on tarot and oracle card training.  In this class we are expanding this training to include progressive journaling techniques. I will share various journal types and styles including single and multiple cards spread journaling. Each student comes away with samples of all the journal sheets.  There are lots of notes, so it’s ideal to bring a binder and any oracle/tarot decks you want to use.  We will also do sample readings to discuss how to journal them.  The class is limited to 8 students.

Psychospiritual Development – Beginner – Tuesdays, April 10 to June 12 (inclusive) 7 PM to 9:30 PM, $150- This is the most popular, intense and exciting of our courses. Developing psychically and spiritually go hand-in-hand, and happen in a safe (if swift) format. This is not for the faint-of-heart; you must be ready to try mediumship, trance work, and psychokinetic practices. The beginner level works at a quick pace through the metaphysical basics to understand the possible paths of spiritual development, and acts as the foundation for the advanced level which focuses only on mediumship, trance work, healing, and meditation practices. Psychospiritual development is THE foundation for every other course we have, and will, ever teach. It is a directed, formal study of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, clairolfaction and psychokinesis through a variety of practices: levitation, spirit photography and recordings, learning to see the aura (aurvoyance), apparitions, psychometry, meditation, altered states of consciousness, psychomantium (scrying), out-of-body experiences, karma, phases of spiritual growth, types of spiritual beings and more. Mediumship techniques and channelling are practised weekly. Historic techniques and modern, scientific parameters are studied. This course changes people - be prepared for many new life experiences, and homework! Students are to bring to each class: a binder, pen, any course notes from earlier development groups and PLEASE DO NOT WEAR PERFUME. Do dress comfortably. 80% attendance is required for a certificate. Class size is limited - register early to ensure your space! 

Crystals - Beginner - Sunday, April 15, 9:30 Am to 4:30 PM $80 Topics covered include healing, crystal cleansing and preparation, various prayers and meditations using crystals, totem animals, making crystal essences, combining crystals and the chakras, dowsing, traditional scrying methods, the pendulum, healing rods and care of your stones. No workshop on crystals would be complete without demonstrations, so dress comfortably. Please bring a notebook, pen, and whatever crystals you possess. 

***NEW*** Shamanic Tarot, Oracle & Divination – Sunday, April 22, 1 PM to 4:30 PM $40 Another new tarot/oracle/divination class focusing specifically on utilizing these modalities in a shamanic practice. Egyptian, Celtic, Australian and North American indigenous traditions will be focused on in the class. We will relates utilizing our oracles for passage into other dimensions, “dreamtime work”, and intuitive visions.

Crystals – Advanced Layouts - Sunday, April 29, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM $80 Learn the application of crystals to the chakras, haric line and healing, within the context of a broad spectrum of traditions. Bring whatever crystals you have (including jewellery, wands and cords), a notebook, and pen. We will be doing extensive layouts. If you have dowsing implements, please bring them to class. We will provide notes. (Prerequisite: Crystals - Basic).

Meditation Mondays – May 7 to June 25 (inclusive) 7 PM to 8:30 PM $10/class. Each class starts with a gratitude/burden basket exercise, smudge, progressing to various international forms of meditation, and concluding with a private introspective time. 

Compleat Moon – Sunday, May 6, 1 PM to 4:30 PM $40 Everything you ever wanted to know about the moon – its cycles, ancient information, contemporary issues and so much more.  Whether you are a sailor, healer or couch potato, the mysterious rhythms of the moon affect us all.  Please bring a binder for all the 3-ring notes.  (The Clan Grandmothers of the Moon will be offered in the autumn.)

Tea Leaf Reading “Tasseomancy” – Sunday, May 13, 1 PM to 4:30 PM $40.This year were holding tea leaf reading on Mother’s Day – what a fun way to treat mom! We cover all the basics from the kind and types of cups to use, preparation of tea, symbols, interpretation protocols and much more! You will leave with a set of notes, charts of symbols and at least 2 readings. The last time we did this we had a blast.to 8 participants.

Dowsing – Beginner - Sunday, May 27, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM $80 This popular course provides training in the two forms of divining. We demonstrate the use of a single, suspended pendulum and 2 L-shaped dowsing rods. We should have good enough weather to assure lots of practice outside doing geomantic dowsing, and learn radiesthetic dowsing for healing work. This class looks at ley lines, vortices and ghost paths. Please bring a lunch, binder, pen, crystals, pendulums and L-rods if you have them. We have pendulums and L-rods at a nominal fee for those students who require them.

Shadow & Tarot – Sunday, June 3, 1 PM to 4:30 PM $40 Furthering our work in oracles and healing, we deal with “the shadow”. This is a part of us we often don’t like – it represents martyr, saboteur, under-developed gifts, shame, and denied potential. We cannot control the Shadow, but learn the archetypal and healing mechanisms that lead to balance. Participants will come away with many tools of personal empowerment to use with “Self” and others, and specifically the tarot. Please bring a notebook and a deck of tarot.

Pictographic Runes – Sunday, June 10, 1 PM to 4:30 PM $50 It’s been almost 20 years since I presented this class. I developed my own divination tool using traditional pictographs and petroglyphs. Very simple, primitive pictures and even simpler drawing techniques go together on wooden discs to make a wonderful divination tool. In this workshop you receive the discs, which we create during class, a chart of the 44 principle petroglyphs, and I will show you how to cast these runes and make the wheel of prediction. A small cloth bag is provided to carry these treasures.  These can also be re-created with ink or acrylic paint on river stones.

Dowsing – Advanced - Sunday, June 17, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM $80 In this level we focus more on radiesthetic dowsing while reviewing the skills learned in geometric dowsing. The whole day will be spent analyzing chakras, crystal layouts, haric points, and healing.  Everyone gets a chance to practise and receive healing through the day. Don’t forget your rods and pendulums, a binder, as well as your lunch.
